Professional Liability and Insurance

Our professional indemnity insurance covers design advisory work undertaken within our stated scope of restaurant interior concepts. We do not operate as general contractors, restaurant operators, or software providers. Concept deliverables require client approval before implementation by licensed tradespeople.

Liability for construction defects rests with appointed contractors unless we have been formally engaged for site supervision under a separate agreement. Design concepts are intellectual property of the studio until full fee settlement transfers specified usage rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Seville unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
